These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Nature’s No.1 online store. The store is operated by Nature’s No.1 Ltd, company number 16987270.

Age-restricted products
Certain products sold by Nature’s No.1 are intended for customers aged 18 or over. By purchasing an age-restricted product, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably believe an order would breach applicable law or these terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Nature’s No.1 Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not separately charged by us.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, although we will assist where reasonably possible if a delivery problem occurs.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in that policy or these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Responsible use
Products must be used responsibly and in accordance with their instructions and intended purpose. Nature’s No.1 does not encourage or condone the unlawful use of any product sold through the store.

The Nature’s No.1 name, branding, original written content, graphics and other original material on this website may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
Website availability
We may update, change or temporarily withdraw parts of the website or its services where necessary. We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or error.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to this, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have rights to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom in which they live.
